Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex pre-litigation cases from inception through settlement, including reviewing demands and negotiating with insurance companies.
  • Mentor and train pre-litigation attorneys to improve performance and case outcomes.
  • Ensure regular communication with clients, providing case updates and addressing concerns.
  • Collaborate with the firm’s litigation team to transition cases that proceed to litigation.
  • Monitor case progress and productivity to achieve firm goals and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on personal injury law and industry trends to guide the team effectively.
