Worksite Insurance Benefits Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated & self-driven individuals to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers. Roles and Responsibilities:

The candidate is responsible for speaking with clients and potential customers to help them learn about our company, products, and services. Their duties include meeting with clients, explaining how the company’s products or services function and providing options for those services from a needs-based approach.

  • Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our products.
  • Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products.
  • Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target area.
  • Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails, and social media to reach potential clients and build a long-lasting business relationship with them.
  • Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our products.
  • Assemble product displays in each market.
  • Determine new ways to make products appealing by observing the environment and current trends.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Familiarity with computer and smart phone applications
  • Ability to give in-person and virtual presentations.
  • Sales, marketing, insurance experience is preferred but not required.
  • Pre-existing relationships in prior B2B work with some book of business to prospect a plus.
  • Background check required; Valid Driver’s license is required; Must have access to a vehicle everyday
  • Must be able to work in and around the Greater New Orleans Area
