Job Summary

This role will be responsible for the design, development, evaluation, optimization and managing Genesys Cloud CX solutions to support our business needs. Responsibilities include analyzing existing flows or formulating logic for new systems, devising logic procedures, developing and testing architect flows.

Job Requirements

3-6 years of relevant experience.  Demonstrating a strong technical understanding of Genesys Cloud CX software, including its architecture and integration with other systems. Stay up to date on Genesys Cloud technologies.  Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.  Good functional understanding of business functions within your assigned area of responsibility. Ability to develop complex flows within the supported functional area.  Working knowledge of enterprise application system development methodology and life cycle. Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently.  Strong hands-on experience in designing, development, and implementation of Architect flows in Multi Channels - Calls, Web Chats/Web Messaging, Callbacks, Workflows and Emails on the Genesys Cloud CX platform. Experience in integrating Genesys with AWS Lambda or using Genesys Data action to get data from CRM systems like SAP. ACD Routing and Telecom Knowledge. Good Knowledge of building Data Actions and scripts. Experience in setting up Genesys components such as Queues, Flows, skill-based routing, agent profiles, etc. Knowledge on JSON. UI Framework knowledge is an added advantage. Experience with test-driven development. Awareness of software development lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)

Education

Graduation or Post Graduation in Computer Science/Engineering discipline.
