What you’ll be doing:


  • Working out of our Huntsville based office
  • Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Regularly post job ads, review new applicants, and move them through the recruitment process
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate qualities and experience level
  • Engage with community partners to develop a professional network for recruiting 
  • Communicate with applicants on daily basis
  • Leverage reporting to track recruitment trends and develop a data driven recruitment strategy
  • Leverage social media to post updates and source candidates
What we’re looking for:


  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in high volume hiring or staffing
  • Minimum of one year of hiring experience in healthcare preferred
  • Demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Be detail oriented and display a positive work ethic
  • Demonstrated ability to type at least 50 words per minute and familiarity with basic computer programs
  • Have strong communication skills
