Weare currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as aTravel Concierge Manager. As a Travel Concierge Manager you will beresponsible for assisting clients in planning and booking theirdream vacations offering expert advice and ensuring their travelexperiences are seamless and unforgettable.

Responsibilities:

  • Assistclients in planning and booking arrangements including flightsaccommodations transportation andactivities.
  • Providepersonalized recommendations and create customized itinerariesbased on clients preferences budgets andinterests.
  • Coordinatewith clients and vendors to secure the best deals and exclusiveperks forclients.
  • Handleinquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone emailand onlinechat.
  • Stayupdated on trends destinations and industry developments to provideinformed recommendations toclients.
  • Maintainaccurate records of client interactions andbookings.

Requirements
  • Mustbe 18 years old or older and authorized to work in the UnitedStates.
