How you will Achieve More with Intellia:

The Associate Director will support Learning & Development’s ability to execute on our strategic priorities including delivery of distance learning programs, instructor-led programs, and other identified training opportunities and methodologies. In this unique role, you will have the opportunity to partner with the head of L&D to develop the overarching strategy, design, and delivery of high-impact programs and learning (in many cases building these from the ground up.) Your specific responsibilities will include:

Flawless delivery of new and existing programs including, but not limited to, New Manager Orientation (NMO) program, Manager Essentials, Insights Discovery, Manager Connect Calls, Leadership Forums, etc.

Partnering with the head of L&D to develop and execute against overarching year-over-year learning strategy, and learning needs assessment

Partnering with the head of L&D to design, develop, execute and analyze Intellia's engagement survey approach

Project manage company-wide training programs; refine/add based on internal and external market trends, HR performance processes, and quantitative and qualitative data

Lead and participate in prioritized L&D strategic efforts

Manage L&D budget and contract management

Manage external performance consulting support, partnering with stakeholders and HRBP’s to identify challenges across the org and propose solutions

Support administration and execution of offerings

About You:

Core competencies for this role include ease of working with groups of all sizes and across all organizational levels, excellent facilitation skills grounded in adult learning theory & practice and instructional design methods, and the ability to design and develop training materials and supporting collateral as necessary. In addition, ability to glean insights and recommend interventions based on data analysis and insights is vital. Additional requirements include:

Possession of strong facilitation skills that can be leveraged strategically for chosen L&D-delivered solutions

Strategic/Analytical Mindset

Strong knowledge of training program design and adult theory learning principles and delivery methods
