Your Impact in This Role
  • Provide compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health therapy to clients
  • Coordinate with mental health staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and offer evidence-based treatment recommendations
  • Lead psychosocial skills and therapy groups as needed
  • Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation in Carelogic (electronic health record)
  • Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and case consultations

What You Bring to The Table
  • LSW or LPC licensure in good standing (LISW-S or LPCC-S preferred)
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
  • Degree in counseling or social work
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
  • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and abiding by HIPAA standards
  • Experience in community behavioral health preferred
  • Training or certification in evidence-based treatment modalities preferred
