Los puestos de tiempo parcial que trabajan hasta 27 horas por semana ahora están disponibles. Estamos contratando para cubrir turnos de lunes a viernes, de 4:00 p. m. (CST) a 8:00 p. m. (CST), así como los sábados de 8:30 a. m. (CST) a 1:30 p. a. m. (CST) – 3:00 p. m. (CST). Trabajaremos con candidatos calificados para establecer el turno del sábado y construir el horario de trabajo de lunes a viernes.

Los agentes en esta función responderán a llamadas telefónicas entrantes, consultas web/electrónicas sobre servicios de limpieza residencial o comercial. Los agentes también inician comunicaciones salientes según sea necesario para involucrar aún más a los prospectos existentes. Siempre positivos y profesionales, nuestros agentes escuchan activamente y se involucran con entusiasmo para comprender las necesidades de cada posible cliente y, al mismo tiempo, determinar los servicios y precios adecuados necesarios para superar las expectativas. Cuando cierra el trato, programar el servicio comprometido es el paso final en el proceso de ventas. Por lo general, no se requieren llamadas en frío.

  • Comuníquese con los prospectos para permitir su decisión de invitar a The Maids a su hogar
  • Capture la información que el prospecto compartió con usted para que nuestros socios de franquicia entiendan claramente las expectativas establecidas y puedan brindar servicios la primera vez que construyan relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes.
  • Comprender, describir, determinar y cotizar con precisión los servicios que se ajustan a las necesidades de cada cliente potencial.
  • Sea un animador y contribuya al éxito de un Equipo Nacional de Ventas de gran energía e impulsado por los resultados

Calificaciones del candidato:

  • Interactuar con prospectos de una manera profesional y atractiva a través de habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Aplicar la atención a los detalles al capturar la información del cliente y describir las necesidades del cliente a nuestros socios de franquicia.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ventas orientado a los resultados y al mismo tiempo ofrecer una excelente calidad de trabajo.
  • Debe estar motivado para trabajar de forma independiente tanto en “en la oficina” como “trabajar en el hogar” entornos.*
  • La experiencia de ventas entrantes / salientes es una ventaja
  • Mantener alta energía, comportamiento positivo con prospectos y clientes con cada interacción.
  • Se requiere experiencia en atención al cliente.
  • Se requiere capacidad para navegar, ingresar y actualizar información en nuestros sistemas de software mientras escucha y habla con prospectos o franquicias.

*El beneficio de trabajo en el hogar para este puesto se considera caso por caso luego de la capacitación y la evidencia de capacidades de trabajo independiente. Los servicios de Internet adecuados deben estar habilitados a expensas de los empleados. Proporcionamos una computadora, capacitación y soporte. Actualmente, el puesto es un híbrido entre la oficina y lugares de trabajo remotos. La capacitación se lleva a cabo en nuestra oficina.
