Responsibilities

Team Building: Foster a collaborative environment, providing coaching, feedback, and resolving employee concerns effectively. Quality Assurance: Uphold and exceed Brand standards, ensuring a consistently high-quality guest experience. Qualifications

Clear verbal and written communication skills (English). Experience in restaurant, retail, or a supervisory role. At least 21 years of age with a high school diploma (or equivalent). Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance. Ability to pass a background check and drug test. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
