We are seeking a skilled Baker/Finisher to join our team at GPM Investments LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and finishing our delicious baked goods, ensuring high-quality products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Baking and Finishing: Prepare and bake a variety of sweet treats, including donuts, bagels, and other pastries, to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet our standards, and make adjustments as needed to maintain consistency.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels of baking supplies and ingredients, ensuring that we have the necessary materials to meet customer demand.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines and regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with our production team to ensure seamless operations, from baking to packaging and delivery.
- Age and Education: Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills, including the ability to manage recipes and inventory.
- Reliability and Flexibility: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and be reliable and punctual.
- Background Check: Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
