Seeking 3 years’ experience Plaintiff Mass Tort Associate Attorney in Pittsburgh, PA. With a well-established law firm in the legal industry to find a Plaintiff Mass Tort Associate Attorney. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support and guidance to clients and their families.
  • Responsible for case management from assignment to conclusion and work with all team members and departments to ensure an effective, timely process.
  • Conduct client depositions and have the flexibility to travel to best suit the needs of the client.
  • Maintain frequent communication with clients and their families to explain processes and report status updates.
  • Legal research, investigation and preparation of the case for file work up and communicate instructions and information needed to integral departments within the Firm.     
  • Draft/Prepare legal documents as needed.
  • Conduct Court motion practice when necessary.
  • Call Center Responsibilities to Include Rotation of Weekend Assignments
