We are looking for a motivated Attorney with exceptional negotiation, research, and communication skills. You will develop relationships with clients as they establish legal needs, provide counsel, help them understand their legal options, and represent them in court and negotiations. You will also conduct research, prepare legal documents, and perform other duties to ensure that clients receive the best and most cost-effective legal solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court or before government agencies
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Advise clients on business and legal transactions
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

​​Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association-accredited law school.
  • Familiarity with various legal documents
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
