Job responsibilities include:
Assisting in the maintenance of W-9 files, including entry of pertinent information into Aderant Software. Receiving, verifying, and auditing expense reports, running weekly reimbursement files, and initiating deposits. Receiving, verifying, and auditing invoices, preparing invoices for data entry, running weekly check runs, mailing out vendor checks, and preparing manual checks as needed. Assisting with maintenance of Chrome River AP system, ensuring invoices follow proper approval structure.Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with an understanding of finance policies and procedures. General knowledge of accounting and understanding of general ledger accounts and how they relate to invoices. Must be detailed-oriented, deadline-conscious, and a self-starter, with strong data entry skills. Ability to deliver exceptional client service, demonstrate flexibility, adapt to changes, and be team oriented. Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with a diverse group of attorneys, business professionals, and vendors via email, phone, or in-person. Proficient Microsoft Office skills. Work occasionally may require more than 40 hours per week.Frost Brown Todd offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401k/profit sharing retirement package.
