We are now accepting resumes for Insurance Sales Agents for our agency in Winston-Salem, NC. This position offers a competitive base salary + commissions + bonuses + benefits including health and dental insurance. Experienced Licensed Agents earn around $40 - 55,000 per year on average. However, our Top Experienced Licensed Agents earn $65,000+. A Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Producer License is required for the position, but we can show you how to obtain the necessary license. The process takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks and does require a background check. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a great attitude, outgoing personality, who never meets a stranger, has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, who works well with their peers, those who have a true passion for helping others, and be able to close deals. Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of all products.
- Prospect and generate new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Assess and identify the wants and needs of our customer over the phone.
- Educate customers on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.
