Job Description:

We are currently looking for a motivated and passionate Account Manager to manage existing and new customer relationships through the successful implementation of AriensCo National Retailer online channel strategies. This role is the principal guide for growth and profitability with the opportunity of direct channel management including National and Regional Retailers. This role will serve as a conduit to successfully deliver on all aspects of customer needs.

DAY TO DAY...

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals

Manage and develop existing AriensCo online National Retailer accounts, maximizing sales potential

Manage and maintain all online platforms for National Retailer type accounts

Understand and develop product go-to-market strategies of the online Business

Develop and propose online National Retailer channel business programs and strategies that are in alignment with AriensCo objectives and support channel growth

Successfully manage online National Retailer information and data flow in relation to, but not limited to pricing, product updates, new product launches, website, catalog, brochure, and signage via customer systems and Excel applications

Collaborate with appropriate AriensCo cross functional teams including Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Production, Sales Learning and Development, and IT, to establish processes, analyze and improve monthly performance

Collaborate with department leaders to build a library of product specifications, images, videos and other collateral materials to support the National Retailer customer

Represent AriensCo at trade associations and various Retail meetings to train associates and promote products

Prepare meetings, line reviews, comp shops, and new product introduction material/proposals as required

Solicit and respond to sourcing quotations for expanding AriensCo brands within the National Retailer channel outlets

Handle Retailer or end user issues that escalate from customer service with collaboration with technical service on but not limited to equipment issues, out-of-box quality issues, dealer service issues, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS...

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred

Online content management, sales planning, and marketing experience required

Experience interfacing with online retailers

Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong presentation and communication skills

Additional sales experience working with Retailer outlets preferred

Minimum of 1-2 years of wholesale to retail sales experience preferred

Online content experience/E-Commerce third-party systems training helpful

Experience in Outdoor Power Equipment sales including parts/accessories/attachments preferred

Willing and able to travel 20% overnight as required to support the National Retailer Channel
