As a Senior IT Applications Analyst (MES) you will be in a business facing role responsible for the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of our MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) areas.

A typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:

Coordinates across business departments and stakeholders, gathering and implementing enhancement requests across departments Effectively identifies and resolves system issues and appropriately communicates items to management, business process owner and users Responsible for IT Applications documentation, including, converting User Requirement Specifications to a Detail Design Specification, writing Configuration Test Plans and summary reports Configures reports (tabular, trend and labels) Performs daily business administrative tasks related to functional support and general user account administration Provides SME support and works closely with functional departments on projects to develop, implement and enhance the system Provide application assistance prior to, during and post Regulatory/Partner inspections Processes IT Applications change control requests Works with Validation and Quality departments to ensure IT Applications are implemented following development life cycle approach Trains other IT Applications employees Coordinates with other IT Applications team members to implement the system in an efficient manner Provides end-user support for IT Applications including troubleshooting problems at the application server level Participates or may lead IT Applications systems security access and periodic audit trail reviews Contributing in classification and risk assessments of data types. Extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from Oracle databases. Using Oracle tools to perform data analysis tasks, such as SQL Developer, Oracle Data Miner, etc and creating automated data reports using Oracle database systems Using Oracle and application performance monitoring tools to troubleshoot and resolving any issues related to Oracle database performance and capacity Other duties as assigned

This role may be for you if you have:

Experience with technical writing & process mapping Good verbal and written communication skills Experience in project management helpful

To be considered for this opportunity you should have a BS/BA/BEng in information technology or related field and 5 years of relevant experience working in a similar role. We may consider experience in lieu of education; level decided upon completion of an interview process. Project Management Experience, professional qualification preferred.
