What you'll need

Education: Bachelor’s degreeMaster’s degree in social science (economics, public policy, sociology, political science). Masters preferred. Experience: Between 2 and 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience working at the IDB Group is desirable. Also experience in project management, data analysis and the use of emerging technologies. Understanding of gender and diversity mainstreaming and multi-stakeholder communication and dialogue. Systems: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook required. Knowledge of Stata, R Studio, Python, and Tableau are desirable. Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required. Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable.
