Receptionist - Bilingual

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hourly Rate:
- $17/hr
Receptionist Duties:
- Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Answer and direct incoming and outgoing calls promptly and courteously.
- Organize, plan, and manage time effectively to complete assignments.
- Monitor overtime to stay within budget constraints.
- Schedule and reserve conference rooms as needed.
- Complete mandatory training and courses required by the completion date.
- Report any questionable situations, concerns, complaints, or harassment immediately.
Receptionist Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 12 months previous administrative experience or equivalent preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Visual acuity, speech recognition, and speech clarity.
- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, and retrieve objects weighing a minimum of 15 pounds.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English/ Spanish and active listening.
- Information ordering, deductive reasoning, and social perceptiveness.
- Time management and critical thinking.
- Ability to work independently without continuous supervision.
