We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in designing and implementing complex solutions, with a keen ability to document architectural frameworks and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. As a Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping our technology strategy and ensuring the successful execution of architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design and Solutioning:

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure technical architectures that align with business goals. Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools that best fit project requirements. Create and maintain architectural blueprints, including high-level designs, detailed specifications, and integration diagrams.

Documentation:

Develop comprehensive architecture documentation, including design documents, system overviews, and process flows. Ensure documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Produce clear and detailed reports on architectural decisions, risk assessments, and project status.

Communication and Collaboration:

Act as a liaison between technical teams, management, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives and requirements. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate architectural concepts and design decisions effectively. Address and resolve architectural issues, providing guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Strategic Planning:

Contribute to the development of technology strategies and roadmaps that align with organizational goals. Analyze industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations. Participate in the evaluation and selection of software and hardware solutions.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure architectural solutions adhere to best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Perform reviews and audits of architecture and design to maintain high quality and consistency. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and technical staff.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Technical Architect or in a similar role with a proven track record in architectural design and solutioning. Technical Skills: Expertise in [specific technologies, platforms, or methodologies relevant to your organization]. Proficiency in architecture documentation tools and frameworks. Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies (., Agile, DevOps). Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Proven experience in managing stakeholder expectations and delivering solutions on time.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
