As a Solutions Architect / Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in generating revenue for Redis by managing all technical aspects of the sales process with potential clients. Collaborating closely with our Sales teams, you will educate prospects and clients on the advantages of Redis solutions tailored to their unique business and technical requirements. Your responsibilities will include conducting discovery sessions, delivering presentations, and facilitating product demonstrations, all while engaging directly with customers using our leading-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients in achieving their technology and business objectives using Redis databases and associated products, solutions, and services.
- Identify, assess, and validate the business needs of clients and their specific use cases.
- Collaborate effectively with the client's technical teams (including architects, developers, PMOs, and C-level executives) to ensure successful implementation of all customer proofs of concept and pilot projects.
- Work closely with the Sales team to devise effective account strategies and uncover new business opportunities, as well as expand existing accounts.
- Present Redis and its capabilities in a professional and engaging manner, highlighting the business impact and competitive advantages of our offerings.
- Utilize customer feedback to enhance product materials, technical best practices, and documentation, while providing insights to Product Management and R&D teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, preferably in database engineering for enterprise software.
- Hands-on experience in server-side software development and Linux environments.
- Proficiency in database programming, with a preference for NoSQL technologies.
- Experience with at least one programming language.
- Familiarity with scalable and highly available distributed systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A collaborative team player with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time; flexible work arrangements available.

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $127,260 – $224,250. Actual compensation may vary based on various factors, including work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies.
