Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Promote workshops on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). Audit and update social media accounts to ensure consistency and engagement. Respond to comments and direct messages, maintaining active engagement with the audience. Assist with LinkedIn DM invites and follow-up. Ad hoc tasks from the client.

Content Creation and Editing:

Edit and produce engaging content for social media, including videos and graphics. Write and schedule posts, emails, and direct messages (e.g., WhatsApp). Create lead magnets such as e-guides, checklists, and eBooks.

Marketing Campaigns:

Develop and execute email campaigns using MailChimp or similar tools. Support the planning and promotion of webinars and workshops. Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts.

Video Editing:

Edit videos using tools like Vidyo.AI or Opus to create promotional and informational content. Ensure high-quality video production aligned with brand standards.

Tool Management:

Utilize Canva for graphic design and content creation. Manage live streaming using Streamyard. Implement marketing strategies using Go High-Level.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Strong background in social media management, including platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Proven experience in digital marketing and promoting webinars or workshops. Proficiency in using Canva for design and content creation. Experience with email marketing tools like MailChimp. Basic video editing skills using tools like Vidyo.AI or Opus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience with Go High-Level or similar marketing automation tools. Familiarity with creating lead magnets such as e-guides, checklists, and eBooks. Knowledge of live streaming tools like Streamyard. Undergo 3 days of paid training. If there's an urgency for the role, then the new hire is required to render an hour of paid OT before or after the shift for 3 weeks. Amenable to work Monday through Friday 8 AM 5 PM Pacific Time Zone (PST).

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing data and derive actionable insights.

Pay: Php38,000.00 - Php46,000.00 per month
