Job Opening: Caregiver for Seniors in Maricopa, AZ

 

Location:

Maricopa, AZ, and within a 30-minute drive of surrounding areas.

 

Schedule:

Flexible, with day and evening shifts available. Weekend shifts also available.

 

Compensation:

$15 - $17 per hour

 

Employment Type:

Part-time

 

Payment Schedule:

Weekly

 

About the Role:

Join our dedicated team in providing compassionate and skilled care to seniors and disabled adults in their homes. As a caregiver, you will enhance the quality of life for your clients by offering support and companionship, along with assisting in daily activities and personal care. This role is rewarding and essential in giving peace of mind to family members and improving our clients' lives.

 

Responsibilities:

- Provide companionship to reduce feelings of loneliness.

- Assist with personal hygiene such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.

- Help with ambulation and transfers to promote safety.

- Support with dressing and grooming.

- Prepare meals according to dietary needs.

- Transport clients to appointments and errands.

- Perform light housekeeping tasks to keep living environments clean and organized.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED preferred.

- At least one year of caregiving experience.

- CPR & First Aid Certification.

- Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Card.

- Recent Negative TB Test.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated.

- Ability to work independently following detailed instructions.

- Reliable transportation for commuting to client homes.

- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
