KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Corporate Affairs to join our Corporate Affairs organization.

Responsibilities:

Help develop and execute paid, earned (national focus), social and owned media strategies that enhance and protect the reputation of the firm and advance the firm’s strategic prioritiesDevelop and execute media strategies aligned to several industries, such as Banking and Insurance, working with other senior associates and directorsCreate high-impact content in support of business priorities through a variety of media, including social media, video, infographics, and written communications​/byline articles; Inform and create thought leadership to support business and media goalsBuild relationships with key stakeholders, including KPMG leaders in corporate functions as well as sector leaders in the marketDevelop and maintain productive, collaborative relationships, and proactively support other team members and projects; serve as connection point on the team and with key stakeholders to ensure awareness of programs, deliverables, and results​Work with data and analytics to glean actionable insights and drive meaningful outcomes; act as an avid consumer of traditional news and social media, bringing external trends and case studies into communications​

Qualifications:

Minimum three years of recent experience working in communications​Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is preferredProven technical aptitude and critical thinking; knowledge of Microsoft Office and measurement tools​; in-depth knowledge of and experience using internal and external communications channels including social and digital media; agency and national media outreach experience a plus​Ability to effectively collaborate and interact with individuals at all levels across an organization, including senior leadership; knowledge of media landscape; some knowledge of the business and competitive environment​Strong writing and project management skills; proactive team player and self-starter who exercises independent judgment and discretion​Ability to thrive, multi-task, and be flexible in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
