From preventive therapies to multiple treatment options for more serious conditions, the Sands-Constellation Heart Institute provides the latest and most personalized care for all your heart health needs. As a network of health care experts located throughout the Rochester area, Central, and Western New York, we work together to diagnose, prevent, treat, and manage heart disease and a wide range of conditions.
We are seeking board certified Non-Invasive Cardiologists to join our collaborative team within our integrated program.

- 50/50 inpatient/outpatient practice + dedicated testing time

- We have over 40 cardiologists covering 2 main hospitals + several small community hospitals and a network of regional offices
- Full range of cardiac services including cath/PCI, EP, CT surgery, structural heart program, women's heart program, cardiac rehab, advanced imaging, and heart failure/LVAD program
- Built-in referral network with 5 hospitals and 160+ outpatient locations.
