Breton Rehab & Living Centre at Holland Home of Grand Rapids, a 5-Star Skilled Nursing Facility We have an RN/LPN opportunity to work 6 12hr day shifts per pay period for a full-time position with full-time benefits
Position Overview:
Deliver direct nursing care of assigned residents according to individual plan of care and in keeping with scope of practice and agency policies and proceduresDocument resident information and nursing actions performed and resident response to care timely and appropriatelyManageable workloads, excellent staffing ratios2 weeks of orientation for new hires – if you need more, just let us knowPrimary Location: 2589 44th St SE Grand Rapids, MI 49512
Hours of Work: 6:30am-7pm
Weekly Scheduled Hours: 36
Scheduled Days: Week 1: Mon, Wed, Sat ; Week 2: Sun, Wed, Thu
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Qualifications and Requirements:
A current and valid MI RN/LPN license is requiredMust be CPR certifiedPrior experience with geriatrics preferred but not required Basic computer skills to chart in the EMRSign On Bonus:
