Job Brief:

Developer Marketing’s mission is to empower developers to innovate and secure their apps with Auth0. We engage and educate the global developer community about Auth0 and identity at events and through compelling content.

Auth0, a product unit of Client, is looking for an Advocacy Program Operations Associate. This role will be responsible for supporting the Developer Marketing team, including Developer Relations and Developer Content. You will enable the team to reach developers around the world by accelerating and optimizing the team’s processes and operating rhythm.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage procurement requests for Developer Marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate with Client compliance and legal teams to approve of statements of work and legal agreements
  • Manage approval blockers and identify process improvement opportunities for Developer Marketing
  • Document process changes and optimizations in the team’s wiki
  • Manage onboarding of Developer Marketing contractors - technical writers for the Auth0 Guest Author Program; software developers for Developer Marketing code sample projects
  • Manage and facilitate Developer Marketing’s reporting rhythm (Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews), ensuring consistency and timeliness in reporting
  • Track and report on progress in Asana project tracker and budget tracking worksheets
  • Work with a globally distributed team - with partners in Europe, South America, and the US

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a SaaS company working with developers/engineers.
  • Self-starter, excellent problem solver via collaboration and running sessions to come up with new, innovative ideas
  • Experience with Asana, Confluence, and Google Docs
  • Highly organized, detail and task oriented
  • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task with special attention to detail and follow-up
  • A high degree of honesty, integrity and sound judgment
  • Willingness to listen, learn and incorporate others ideas into all aspects of job
  • Thrive in high growth, ambiguous environments
