L2 IT Support EngineerRequirements •Should have worked in IT Support for 3 years to 6 years as L2 IT Support Engineer.•Should have the hands-on experience in the following areas.oITIL / ITSM processoWindows OS Image Creation and deploymentoPatch Management Lifecycle using SCCM toolsoVulnerability ManagementoApplication installation, and upgradeoZero-day vulnerability support and patching process for applications, Windows OSoEnd user computing hardware and software asset supportoAnti-virus updates, virus removal and protectionoWindows Application Support, testing, deploymentoDaily, weekly, monthly reporting of the support, vulnerability, patching, application statusoCompliance trackingoSupport Ticketing application•Should have worked in a team and managing the L1 Support Engineers•Should have excellent communication and customer handling skills and fluent in English language, both spoken and written •Flexible to work in European time zoneResponsibilities•Manage and provide support on the following areas.oWindows OS Image Creation and deploymentoPatch Management Lifecycle using SCCM toolsoVulnerability ManagementoApplication installation, and upgradeoZero-day vulnerability support and patching process for applications, Windows OSoEnd user computing hardware and software asset supportoAnti-virus updates, virus removal and protectionoWindows Application Support, testing, deployment•Track, respond, manage and close the Support tickets within SLA time periods•Ensure the SLAs and KPIs are maintained as per the requirements•Daily, weekly, monthly reporting of the support, vulnerability, patching, application status•Compliance tracking•Coordinate and communicate with the Project Manager and other IT Department stakeholders on the ITSM processLocation•Pune, Work from OfficeSalary / CTC range•INR 40,000 to 50,000 per monthNo of positions•3 resources
