FCSAmerica is seeking an AgDirect Mail Specialist who will be responsible for collection, organization and retention of all original documentation pertaining to AgDirect Retail Installment Contracts (RICs), Loans and Leases. Utilize company software to scan, index and track loan documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Process AgDirect incoming mail which includes handling customer downpayments and first payment checks. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with dealers, customers and teammates to assure timely return of documents. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Collect, organize, scan and electronically file all original documentation pertaining to AgDirect RICS, loans and leases. This includes labeling documents for automated upload or manually indexing documents into digital filing system. Prep original documents for long-term physical storage. 
  • Utilize association software to track and monitor the return of all original documents and communicate directly with dealers to ensure proper original documentation is returned. Generate a bi- weekly report to determine dealerships that have outstanding original documents. 
  • Open, process and distribute all AgDirect mail. 
Education Requirements
  • 2 Year / Associate Degree in related field is preferred

 

 

Years of Experience
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in Related experience or specialized training
