General Summary

Inspects finished products, products being processed, incoming materials, parts, and assemblies, etc., for conformance to company standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct QC inspections and audits on contract requirements, and other services performed. Prepares reports, develops quality plans, attends meetings as directed; performs other duties as assigned. Checks randomly selected samples, and verifies accuracy of equipment or process. Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations. Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Schedule inspection activities.

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements

Knowledge of OSHA standards, NFPA, Joint Commissioning and safety procedures with skills in conducting accident investigations and safety inspections. Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, critical thinking skills, and proficiency with standard testing tools. ISO Lead Auditor Certification with a thorough understanding of ISO : standards Knowledge of recognized and generally accepted good engineering practice regulations and codes. Excellent analytical and computer skills, specifically in MS Office Suite. Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Work Experience

Up to years of experience of Quality control or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to understand technical and process-based aspects of the services we provide.

Education, Licenses and Certification

Required:

High School Diploma OSHA Certification
