Job Title: BI Analyst

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and analytical BI Analyst to join our team. The BI Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide insights and support decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, develop reports and dashboards, and drive data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and data mining to answer business questions and solve problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and metrics for monitoring business performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by implementing data quality controls and best practices.
• Provide training and support to end users on BI tools and data interpretation.
• Stay current with BI technologies and best practices to continuously improve data analytics capabilities.
• Participate in projects related to data governance, data warehousing, and data integration as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
• years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data visualization best practices and principles.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
• Experience with ETL tools and processes is a plus.
