Your tasks
Responsible for manufacturing production cell design using lean manufacturing principles. Design, fabricate, and troubleshoot production fixtures and equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional team to determine root cause of supplier and production defects. Lead the design and verify implementation and effectiveness. Lead production job hazard analysis and mitigate risks. Responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining production processes. Train production operators. Ownership of production routings in SAP. Utilize Kaizen events and lean tools to continuously improve overall labor productivity.
Your profile
Minimum Bachelor of Science degree Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial engineering with minimum 5+ years related work/project experience. MS degree preferred.
