We have made a presence felt in the sales industry by working cohesively as a unit and understanding the importance of leadership development. Any individual brought into our Entry Level Business Development Associate role would be indulged in a culture of constant communication and the availability of any resource needed for success in the sales industry. The Entry Level Business Development Associate would have direct access to training with our Senior Level Managers. We understand that those coming into a company sometimes feel they are not being invested in it or being properly prepared to take that next step professionally. That is why our mission here is to create an environment for our Entry Level Business Development Associates that paints the picture for long-term success in their sales careers

As an Entry Level Business Development Associate, you would learn everything from account management, business development, and an exemplary customer experience. Ideally, our Entry Level Business Development Associate would come in with a hungry and determined student mentality, and be looking to learn how to properly manage and lead those in a sales-related field.


Responsibilities of an Entry Level Business Development Associate:

  • Handle upgrades and account inquiries regarding our most up-to-date offers and promotional campaigns 
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all of our client’s needs are met while representing our company in a professional manner
  • Understand accountability and hold yourself to the standards of the company, ensuring that you can meet the daily expectations
  • Lead and train a team of Sales Representatives, after understanding what goes into properly running and promoting a campaign
  • Create an uplifting work environment with an open-door policy and constant access to the knowledge needed to further one's personal and professional growth 
  • Retain clients at a high rate and build relationships throughout the entirety of the sales cycle


Qualifications of an Entry Level Business Development Associate:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role is highly desirable
  • An adaptable mindset that is comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • An Associate’s degree or professional equivalent certificate is required
  • The ability and willingness to train and coach others 
  • Public speaking skills with excellent verbal communication
  • A team-oriented mindset while also being comfortable individually
  • A punctual work ethic, always being on time with a positive attitude
  • Basic computer and technological skills
  • Previous experience in a leadership/management role is highly preferred
