IT Business Consultant II (SPICE)

Your responsibilities

Support of the SAP CRM system for the BSH North American subsidiaries in the area of customer service. Works closely with the Customer Service departments to support current functionality, process improvements, and new projects.

·Support of handover for rollouts to operations for technician mobile and CRM solutions

·Playing a leading role in designing activities of support processes; communicate with corporate and remote teams

·Cooperation with other IT teams such as development teams, support teams in other regions

·Supplying necessary manuals and technical documentation in JIRA, WIKI , SDD and, HPSM etc.

·Facilitate the implementation and support of CRM applications (Spice, Bmobile etc..) and processes

·Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements

·Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements

·Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.

·Design, customize, configure and testing

·Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.

·Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.

·Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;

·Document functional designs, test cases and results.

·Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements

·Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects

·High level of interaction with business partnership teams of the regions

·Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.

·Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required

Your profile

·Bachelor’s degree – Required

·5-7 Years of Experience (B2B and Customer Service (SPICE)) – Required

·3-5 Years of Experience (Project Management experience with software roll outs) – Required

Your Pay & Benefits

The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible then the payments range from 0% to 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document.
