Key Skills Required For the Position:
  • SALES. You should be able to walk in on day one & close over 50% of the leads you sit down to meet with.
  • LEADERSHIP. Must be a strong & confident leader who can handle the pressure of this big-time role and fast pace environment.
  • FINANCE. You need to have the ability to manage the facility P&L. You will meet with ownership monthly to review your budget vs what actually happened line item by line item.
  • Must be 100% COMMITTED, outgoing and trustworthy individual.
  • Must be available 40+ hours/week
  • Evening hours required during weekdays.
  • Health & Wellness enthusiast
  • Sport Background (Preferred)
This Role Can Expect:

  • To be held accountable in financial meetings to an annual budget that predicts line-by-line revenue categories, overhead categories, COGS, etc.
  • Strong Sales Incentive Structure; if the business does well, you will do well too
To be poised when meeting & interacting with professional and or high level athletes as well as a 7 year old just beginning their athletic journey…must provide the same world-class experience to EVERY SINGLE PERSON who walks in the door. 

Responsibilities 
80% Sales & Marketing
  • Manage all Sales
  • Manage Paid Social Media Ads
  • Manage Organic Social Media Content 
  • Proactive management of lead nuture process; this include making daily calls to leads
  • Find new and innovative ways to bring business into facility
  • Build brand awareness in the community
  • Lead participation in community events
  • Provide front desk sales and information
20 % Client Management: Serve as a key point of contact for members, with an emphasis on providing the D1 customer experience. 
  • Assisting with member progress check-ins
  • Setting up new memberships in the POS system
  • Collecting and processing payments
Qualifications
  • Associate Degree
  • 5+ years AS A PROVEN SALES GO GETTER
  • Can out-sell anyone in the room & loves it
  • Knowledge of gym and retail sales
  • Positive and energetic personality with a “can do” attitude
  • Mindbody POS experience preferred
  • Well versed managing various Social Media channels (FB, IG, Twitter, Tik Tok)
  • Ability to manage paid social media ads
  • Ability to create fun and relatable social content
  • Graphic design
  • Excellent Customer Service
