Role: Sr Mechanical Engineer PEEPC/EPCM

Senior Mechanical EngineerPrimaryResponsibilities:

  • Sizingand preparation of specifications for mechanical equipment andsystems.
  • Design for materials handling conveyorsystems crushing and screening system dust collection controlsystems chute duct piping systems and equipment layouts in a heavyindustrial environment.
  • Participates in thepreparation of capital cost estimates: calculate capacities weightsand develop quantity takeoff.
  • Senior MechanicalEngineer develops conceptual through final designs and preparescalculations to verify workability of mechanical details; uses CADand 3D modeling (Revit or similar) software to produce accurateconstruction drawings.
  • Senior MechanicalEngineer prepares project flow sheet and conducts feasibilitystudies and creates reports.
  • Coordinates withvendors.
  • Senior Mechanical Engineer coordinateswith multidisciplinary team members.
  • Attentionto detail and accuracy essential. Good communication ss withability to coordinate work with other disciplines strongorganization ss to effectively manage time and resourcesefficiently. Travel required. Experience in mining or mineralsprocessing preferred.
  • Familiarity withAutodesks Revit AutoCAD Solidworks orInventor.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Officeapplications
  • Experience in Software such asBelt yst; Bulk Flow anlyst; Aggflow; Pipeflow and Caesar IIpreferred
