Our client, a family owned manufacturing company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage and maintain relationships with their existing customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Assist with inventory management and order fulfillment
  • Provide product information and technical support to customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and products is a plus
  • SAP experience is a bonus
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
