Job Title: Warehouse Picker (1st Shift - General)

Shift Schedule:
  • 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

About the Role: Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Picker on the 1st shift. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring our operations run smoothly by managing general picking duties. Your attention to detail and material handling skills will help us maintain our high service standards and achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Locate and gather items throughout the warehouse to fulfill order requests.
  • Conduct inventory checks for accuracy and inspect items for quality before shipping.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient working environment.
  • Support overall warehouse operations with additional tasks as needed.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Basic proficiency in material handling equipment.
  • Strong reading comprehension and communication skills for accurate order fulfillment.
  • Ability to lift 40+ pounds and handle physical tasks efficiently.
  • Capable of bending, lifting, pulling, and maneuvering while on your feet throughout your shift.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Six months of experience in warehouse operations preferred.

Additional Information:
  • Occasional weekend availability may be required.
