We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to join our team at LightFire Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our order fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing: Locate and gather items throughout the warehouse to fulfill customer orders with precision and speed.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and inspect items for quality before shipping.
  • Material Handling: Operate hand trucks, rolling carts, and other equipment to transport materials safely and update our tracking system.
  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to strict safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient working environment.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training new team members to meet our quality and efficiency standards.
  • Additional Tasks: Support overall warehouse operations with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Six months of experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in using materials handling equipment, strong reading comprehension and communication skills, ability to lift 40+ pounds, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
