Major/Essential Functions
  • Responsible for managing PSS team. This position will be largely responsible for the management of daily PSS staff. 
  • Daily management of clinic coverage by PSS staff.
  • Responsible for hiring new team members and coaching through deficiencies.
  • Batch reconciliation within each cash collection point. 
  • Close collaboration with Nurse Manager, Director of Operations, Billing and Coding Manager to improve patient experience, clinic process changes, and collections. 
  • Responsible for supporting team within the clinic and guiding new system implementations. 
  • This position will be a large leadership piece in creating a TTUHSCValues-Based culture within the Department of Pediatrics.
