Our client is looking for anElectrical Engineer I to join theirteam

JobDescription
Designs develops and tests all aspects of electrical componentsequipment and systems. Performs routine logic design tasks ociatedwith the development of new products or sustaining existingproducts.

Responsibilities:
  • Implements digitalcircuit designs of varying degrees of complexity involvingmicroelectronics and ogdevices.
  • Utilizes computeraided designsoftware as an integral part of the design and developmentprocess.
  • Performs functional tests onrelevant electronic emblies and doents results to ISO9001 standards
  • Research component specificationsfor use in designs.
  • Prepares all supportingdoentation for any work done
  • Provides estimates of taskduration.
  • Reviews project instructions andblueprints to ascertain test specifications procedures objectivestest equipment nature of technical problem and possible solutionssuch as part redesign substitution of material or parts orrearrangement of parts orsubemblies.
  • Devises fabricates and embles newor modified mechanical components oremblies.
  • Uses manufacturing testdevelopment or diagnostic equipment including but not limited totest programs oscilloscopes signal generators and specialized testapparatus.
  • Interfaces with customersverbally and in writing in a friendly professional manner to answertechnical questions and ist in troubleingproblems
  • Interfaces and communicates withother engineering teams located in multiplecities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor'sdegree (B.A.) from a fouryear college oruniversity
  • Typically requires a minimum of2 yrs. experience

RequiredSs:
  • Learns to use professionalconcepts and applies company policies/procedures to resolve routineissues.
  • Works on problems of diversescope. Follows standard practices and procedures in yzingsituations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.Builds le working relationshipsinternally.
  • Ability to read yze andinterpret general business periodicals professional journalstechnical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to writereports business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability toeffectively present information and respond to questions fromgroups of managers clients customers and the generalpublic.
  • Ability to apply advancedmathematical concepts such as exponents logarithms quadraticequations and permutations. Ability to apply mathematicaloperations to such tasks as frequency distribution determination oftest reliability and validity ysis of variance correlationtechniques sampling theory and factorysis.
  • Ability to solve practicalproblems and deal with a variety of concrete variables insituations where only limited standardization exists. Ability tointerpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oraldiagram or schedule form.
