About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our R&D Department at Foxconn Interconnect Technology (FIT). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-speed connectivity solutions for 800G and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop DAC, ACC, and AEC solutions for 800G and beyond, ensuring compliance with industry standards and certifications.
  • Implement design strategies to mitigate signal degradation, crosstalk, and other potential challenges, leveraging advanced knowledge of signal integrity principles.
  • Develop power-efficient design practices and robust testing methodologies for cable performance, including eye diagram analysis and bit error rate testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of high-speed connectivity solutions into our products.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of signal integrity principles and high-speed data transmission.
  • Experience with industry standards such as IEEE 802.3 and relevant certifications.
  • Strong understanding of power-efficient design practices and robust testing methodologies.
