PositionOverview:

We are seeking a highly motivated andresultsdriven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The MarketingSpecialist will be responsible for developing and implementingmarketing strategies to promote our brand and services. This is afulltime permanent position based in Phoenix AZ.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop andimplement marketing plans and strategies to increase brandawareness and generate leads

Conduct marketresearch and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunitiesfor growth

Create engaging and informativecontent for various marketing channels including website socialmedia email campaigns and print materials

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective salesmaterials and presentations

Plan and coordinateevents such as trade shows and conferences to showcase our productsand services

Monitor and track marketingperformance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and makedatadriven decisions

Stay uptodate withindustry developments and trends to ensure our marketing effortsare relevant and effective

Manage relationshipswith external agencies and vendors to support marketinginitiatives

Assist with budget planning andmanage marketing expenses within budget constraints

Qualifications:

2 years of experiencein a marketing role preferably in the construction or manufacturingindustry

Proven track record of developing andimplementing successful marketing strategies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong project management and organizationalskills

Proficient in Microsoft Office andexperience with marketing software and tools such as GoogleAnalytics and CRM systems

Ability to workindependently and as part of a team in a fastpacedenvironment

Knowledge of the constructionindustry and understanding of fiberglass reinforced plasticproducts is a plus
