YOUR DAY AS A LEAD HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

In this role, you start your day by leading the team through residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. As you guide and mentor your team, you collaborate closely with them to achieve efficient project completion. Your day includes troubleshooting and repairing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, and providing excellent customer service. Keeping meticulous records and staying current with industry trends are key aspects of your day.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of experience as a lead HVAC installation technician
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and electrical circuits
  • Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant licenses as required by the state of Oregon
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Superb customer service skills

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

The position is full-time and based in Portland, OR. You may work 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts, with the possibility of overtime. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to adapt to varying project timelines and client needs.
