**Your New Role as a Sheet Metal Technician**:

- Work closely with an elite team of plumbers, welders, and engineers, orchestrating projects from blueprint to breathtaking reality.
- Harness a variety of high-end sheet metal tools and equipment, mastering them to craft precision ductwork.
- Uphold the highest quality standards, ensuring every installation is done right—the first time.
- Remain at the cutting edge of industry standards with ongoing, hands-on training tailored to keep you ahead.
- Maintain an organized, clean work site, prioritizing safety and efficiency for yourself and the team.
- Act as a liaison to our clients, guiding them through the intricacies of our projects and providing peace of mind with your expertise.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of dedicated technicians, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and respect.

Job requirements
- Possess OSHA 10 certification with a strong understanding of workplace safety.
- Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and principles, especially in fabrication using geometric shapes.
- Entry-level position; 0-1 year of experience in a mechanical or construction role preferred.
- Comprehensive on-the-job training provided to support a long-term, thriving career.
- Must be reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Hold a valid and clean driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Proficient in using hand tools commonly employed in sheet metal work.
- Able to work safely on ladders and staging.
- Eligible and authorized to work in the United States.

Pay: $19.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 41 - 50 per week
