Accounting Technician III

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review disbursements to vendors, tax authorities, and employees. Participation in financial close process by calculating monthly accounting entries as it relates to accruals, fixed assets, and lease accounting. Track and record intercompany transactions. Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations. Assist in quarterly reviews, control testing, and assist with internal and external auditors. Provide support to business areas researching accounting questions. Perform ad hoc duties as required. Help drive efficiencies and improve process.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration 5-7 years of relevant experience  Must have a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with Concur, Blackline, and Lawson a plus, but not required Ability to work well in a team environment Ability to work independently and within time constraints and reporting deadlines Background checks are required for all employees

The base compensation range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.

Other rewards may include an annual bonus, quarterly bonuses, commissions, and other long-term incentive compensation, depending on the position.
