Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex general and civil and business litigation cases.
• Support more senior attorneys and partners in all aspects of civil litigation.
• Manage cases involving real estate, wills and probate, family law, criminal law and business law.
• Strong focus in agriculture and farming legal issues.

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in Illinois.
• 0-3 years of experience in general civil and business litigation.
• Any type of background in agriculture is a plus.
• Strong analytical and legal research skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

Additional Information:

• Some work/court appearances will be hybrid/remote.
• WILL TRAIN No prior experience is necessary.
