JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our growing team. 

Summary: Responsible for increasing sales and market share of company products to accounts and prospects nationally. Managing an inside sales team and Outside Representatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Manage an Inside Sales team and Outside Network of Independent Sales Representatives

Develop and achieve annual sales forecast and expense budget.

Aggressively pursue and secure new sales opportunities.

Plan activities, manage accounts, manage contacts, identify and track opportunities, manage leads and communicate pertinent information.

Use CRM tools as provided to manager above activities.

Helping evolve dealers on projects.

Assist with dispute resolution.

Provide product and solution expertise.

Product and quote tool training as necessary.

Focus efforts on high selling activities in order to improve sales efficiency and productivity.

Dealer support for bidding projects.

Provide continuing educations for Customers and Architects.

Jobsite visits as necessary for product review.

Qualifications:

Batchelor of Arts degree (BA) or equivalent from four-year accredited college; and minimum of five years related sales experience and/or training, preferably in the commercial door & hardware industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong written and oral communication capabilities.

High energy, self-starter.

Ability to read Blue Prints and knowledge to perform door take-offs preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Customer Relationship Management Software, Electronic Pricing quote tool, Other Electronic Pricing Methods Expense Reporting Program, and Internet Web Browser.

The employee will be required to travel in support of sales, training, and service management. Some overnight travel required.
