Job Title: Manager of Product Knowledge & Brand Storytelling
Primary Purpose:
Provide an impactful/insightful training material for store associates and CS teams across regions for a powerful selling ceremony. Re-apply whenever possible these training materials to be CONSUMER-facing for eCom pagesEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with design and merchandising to create the seasonal story and mood boards Partner with VP of Merchandising / Dr of Merchandising to design and develop, product and styling training tools – inclusive of and not limited to product details (materials/embellishment/techniques) as well as runway to street style Create detailed core content – collection description, product information, detailed style shots and feature descriptions and highlights Established after-sales tips /shoe care Reinforce brand story and values Build relationships with field leadership and operations to assess ongoing training needs Collaborate with marketing to make sure that all materials represent the Stuart Weitzman brand voice and aesthetic Lead development and production of training videos and multimedia Stay abreast of relevant events in fashion, styling, graphic design, and trends to include in training documents Gather and synthesize feedback, measure effectiveness and propose enhancements to training Partner with global teams to ensure all training needs are met regionallySkills and Abilities Required:
Strong understanding of luxury fashion industry, footwear experience is a plus Constantly seeks new and creative ways to meet the changing needs of our client Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and written Strong influencer with skills to persuade and negotiate Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and is comfortable and successful in a fast-paced environment Must be a team player, enthusiastic, positive, professional and collaborative Ability to work as part of a team and independently, demonstrates initiative Highly Proficient in: InDesign, adobe creative suite, photoshop, illustrator, PowerPoint Creative problem solver, strong attention to detail, motivated, and a self-starter Ability and willingness to shift between managing the process and providing “hands-on” work to ensure things get done Ability to work effectively with all company levels from executives and senior management to assistant levelExperience:
