  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in Louisiana
  • Experience working with students in an educational or counseling setting
  • Strong knowledge of mental health services, academic counseling, and crisis intervention
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for fostering student growth and success

Position Overview:
Soliant Education is seeking a compassionate and motivated School Counselor (LPC) to join a dedicated school district in Luling, LA. In this role, you will support students academic, emotional, and social development while helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

What Youll Do:

  • Provide individual and group counseling to address students academic, social, and emotional needs
  • Assist students with college and career planning, personal goal setting, and decision-making
  • Develop and implement programs focused on mental health awareness, conflict resolution, and personal growth
  • Offer crisis intervention services and support during emergencies
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create a positive school environment
  • Advocate for students and connect them with community resources as needed
