Accurately and quickly rings sales and makes change according to cash handling policies and procedures. Reports variances and concerns to leader/supervisor. Re-stocks and maintains displays to department standards. Rotates product using FIFO. Cleans and sanitizes work area and displays to department standards. Takes customer’s orders and assists with selections. Serves and samples food per department guidelines. Able to identify customers in need of assistance and respectfully and tactfully assist. Identifies and communicates opportunities for waste reduction, service improvements and/or revenue enhancement to leadership per established guidelines.
